Mission:
For CEO to engage in a variety of ways as well as to be out in a different location each month to meet with staff, clients, funders, and other stakeholders to be visible and to have open clear communication.
Objective 1
To provide a platform for the CEO to engage with Adjoin staff in all areas throughout the year to share and hear NEWS about the organization.
Objective 2
To provide personal OPPORTUNITIES for staff, clients and other stakeholders to interact with CEO to share ideas, successes, barriers and/or just to get to know one another.
Objective 3
To provide WOWS for partnering, brainstorming and creating strategies for engagement and success.

Where’s Wendy Now Wednesday Zoom Hour
Adjoin CEO, Wendy, holds a weekly Where’s Wendy Now Zoom meeting every Wednesday with staff to share the latest news, recognize successes, talk with staff and to answer questions. Initially this weekly meeting began out of necessity in March of 2020 due to the pandemic, but upon request of staff, is now a standard weekly meeting.
