Each year, we proudly serve more than 600 adults with autism, intellectual, or developmental disabilities across California. Our work is rooted in a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves meaningful engagement, authentic connection, and a true sense of belonging.
We work to create and provide new opportunities, resources, and perspectives that are tailored to each person as an individual, resulting in very person-centered support, not a standard service model or prescribed service plan.

Community Living Services
Our community living services are focused on assisting individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes and communities. Our team provides comprehensive and inclusive training and personal support services that match the unique needs of each individual.

Supported Living Services
Supported Living Services are provided to individuals who prefer or require more comprehensive levels of regular and on-going support.
Clients learn new or improve existing skills for living in the community and receive assistance to obtain adaptive systems and equipment that make learning and living easier.
Independent Living Services
Independent Living Services offer clients assistance and training with the skills necessary to live independently or with minimal assistance.
The process increases self-reliance by means of providing a balance of support, counseling, and training in the home and community to be as self-sufficient as possible.
Additional Programs
Adjoin provides various services and programs supporting independence, attaining personal goals, and accessing community spaces. Additional services include the Self-Determination Program, Transportation Services, Coordinated Family Support, and Rapid Emergency Services (REST Program).

Employment & Day Program Services
Adjoin Catalyst employment services range from job coaching, internship placement, vocational training, and even entrepreneurial support.
Employment and income services at Adjoin focus on a client’s interests, goals, and seeking equitable opportunities and wages for clients and their work. Employers of Adjoin clients are supported through on-the-job training, advocacy, and conflict resolution and mediation when new job challenges arise.

Inflight Skills Academy
An innovative online skills training program that focuses on independent living, vocational, and social skills to individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Inflight also offers a free online social club to connect with others throughout California.

What Is Inflight Skills Academy?

Self-paced AND live on Zoom, enjoy activities, simulations, and games in your interactive online classroom each week.
Accessible
Designed with neurodiverse learners in mind, each course features closed captioning, click to listen, speech to text, audio, visual, recorded seminars, multi-modal assignments, and more!
Independent
Take classes anywhere, anytime! You’ll need a device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone; reliable internet access; and about 4 hours per week.

Join us in experiencing a variety of recreational activities designed to inspire fun, friendship, and meaningful connection. At Adjoin, we believe diverse and authentic relationships are the foundation of inclusive communities. When individuals feel connected and valued, they can live confidently.
Catalysts Social Club
The Catalyst Social Club is a client-led social program that provides a path for clients to socialize with others and develop genuine, long-term friendships.
Adjoin is dedicated to the inclusion of people with disabilities in their communities which includes their ability to choose, plan, and enjoy public activities. Adjoin invests non-billable staff time to assist clients through the process.
Catalysts Online Social Hour
The Catalyst Online Social Hour hosts free online gatherings for all clients to play games, make friends, and have FUN!
Clients can join from anywhere to make new friends and learn new ways to safely socialize online. Enjoy activities like Name That Tune, Bingo, Trivia, Coloring, Karaoke, Movie Night, and more!
Social Recreation Programs
Adjoin’s ARTE Social Recreation Program provides a space for people to pursue their recreational interest in art.
This program provides a nurturing environment that fosters artistic expression, skill development, art exploration, and building inclusive relationships.
